The Department of Sociology conducted an information session on Oct 3rd regarding internships. During the session, two fourth-year students, Sally and Alan, shared their experiences of working in an NGO, with the intention of inspiring and motivating their peers to take advantage of similar opportunities.
Furthermore, the department invited the IAO to provide valuable information and guidance on international internship opportunities. We offered insights on the benefits, application process, and potential destinations abroad. This exchange of knowledge and experiences aimed to equip the students with the necessary information to make informed decisions and pursue meaningful internships, both locally and internationally.
